Delivery / Stock & Shipping
Goods in stock are normally delivered within 5 working days from stock.
Out of stock goods will not be charged until ready for despatch and confirmed
as still required by the customer. Customers will be informed of out of
stock items before charge or despatch of any part of the whole order.
Bigbobs delivery charges are for UK mainland only. Certain post code areas
are subject to carriers surcharge (e g Highlands & Islands) - if a
surcharge applies we will inform you before despatch. PLEASE NOTE THAT
THE DELIVERY CHARGES ON THE WEB SITE DO NOT INCLUDE SURCHARGES.
Goods Returns
Goods correctly supplied will only be accepted for return within 8 days.
The customer must pay for the delivery and return carriage costs for correctly
supplied goods and the goods must be properly re-packaged to avoid damage
during transit. Any damage resulting from the return transit is the responsibility
of the customer. We strongly advise that you take out insurance against
damage-in-transit with your chosen carriage company. Incorrectly supplied
or damaged goods will be exchanged or replaced by Bigbobs. Bigbobs must
be notified within 8 days if goods are found to be faulty on delivery.
Your right of cancellation
You have the right to cancel the contract at any time up to the end of
7 working days from the day after you receive the goods (see below). The
seven day cancellation period does not constitute a seven day free trial
of the goods. You have a right to examine the goods and are under a duty
to take reasonable care of the goods during that period. To exercise your
right of cancellation, you must give written notice to the Supplier by
hand, post, fax, or email, giving details of the goods ordered and (where
appropriate) their delivery. Notification by phone is not sufficient.
Except in the case of faulty or misdescribed goods, if you exercise your
right of cancellation after the goods have been delivered to you, you
will be responsible for returning the goods to the Supplier at your own
cost. The goods must be returned to the registered address or address
agreed between the Supplier and you. Once you have notified the Supplier
that you are cancelling the contract, the Supplier will refund or re-credit
you within 30 days for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from
your credit card for the goods. In the case of faulty or misdescribed
goods we shall, after receiving notification , either collect the goods
from you or ask you to return the goods yourself and we shall pay the
reasonable postage costs. You are entitled to a refund, repair or replacement
on goods which are misdescribed or faulty, where the defect becomes apparent
within a short period of time after delivery. Where faults become apparent
at a later date, you are entitled to a repair , a replacement with a product
of a similar age, or, if this is not possible, a part refund.

Bigbobs do NOT disclose buyers information to third parties. Cookies are
used on this shopping site, but only to keep track of the contents of
your shopping cart once you have selected an item.
